April 10 @ 16:00 – April 12 @ 15:00
This weekend retreat with fellow members of the Cardiff Sangha will explore myths, symbols and ritual. Discover how these things can inspire your practice and bring more creativity and joy to your life. It will be led by Muditalila and Vishvapani.
It’s also a perfect opportunity to relax, meditate, deepen your practice and make connections with other members of the Cardiff Sangha, all in the beautiful surrounds of Adhisthana Retreat Centre. Open to anyone who has attended the Cardiff Centre and has knowledge of the two main meditations taught by Triratna, which can be learnt at our free drop in meditations. Suitable as a first retreat or for more experienced practitioners.
You can arrive on the Friday from 4pm, with dinner on the first evening at 6pm. We’ll be finished by 3pm on Sunday. Lifts are normally available if you need one, this can be requested on the booking form.
If you wish to attend but are unable to afford to, we offer a bursary scheme to fund places on our retreats, no questions asked. If you are interested, email connect@cardiffbuddhistcentre.com
Please note the shrine room and meeting room we will be using is on the first floor, so anyone attending the retreat would need to be able to walk up one flight of stairs.
