Learn & Practice Meditation

Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. It encourages and develops concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things.

Sunday (10am-11am) and Friday (12.30pm-1.30pm) classes are the best place to start for newcomers to meditation.

We also offer fortnightly classes in Welsh on Tuesdays on Zoom, see below for details.

At these classes you’ll learn two meditation practices: the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Loving Kindness Practice (metta bhavana).
