Every Thursday, from 12.30 pm – 1.30 pm (doors open at 12.15 pm), in person at the Cardiff Buddhist Centre.
No need to book a place, simply drop-in.

We offer access to all freely, please Donate whatever you can to help us continue to offer this service to everyone.
Ideal for: everyone is welcome, no previous experience necessary, just bring curiosity and a sense of adventure.
