Wheel of Life Course

Wheel of Life Course
starting Tuesday 7th April, at 7:30pm

We will explore this traditional ancient image from India and Tibet.
We will also meditate together.

The Wheel of Life is a visual mandala developed over many hundreds of years starting in India with the Buddha and his followers as a teaching aid and being developed in more detail when it was taken to Tibet. It’s not just a painting it is a fascinating journey into the basics of Buddhism using metaphors and imagery based upon a profound understanding of how we work as human beings. It is a reflection of how we work in the mundane world. It also shows us the causes and a way out of our ingrained habits and behaviours.

We will explore the Wheel and meditate together.

This four week course is open to anyone who has attended the Introduction to Buddhism Course. It commences on Tuesday 7th April 7:30pm start. Open for a cuppa at 7.
