2nd February -March 9th , come at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start until 9.15pm on Zoom
A six week course for those who have already completed the Introduction to Buddhism course and are familiar with the meditation practices. Together, we will explore the four foundations of mindfulness, which encompass and include the whole of our lives. The course will be taught through a mixture of presentation, peer discussion and experiential practice, whether standing, sitting, walking or lying down. Led by Kamalagita, and Padmasimha, an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher.
