Sangha Night: Facing the Shadow: the Buddha and Mara

Led by Vishvapani

Buddhist legend relates that on the night of his Enlightenment the figure Mara appeared before the Buddha and challenged him.

What is the meaning of this story, and what are our own demons?

Sangha evenings are suitable for those who have completed an introduction to Buddhism course or/and are familiar with the Triratna meditations.  We look forward to seeing you.
