Sangha evenings are an opportunity to join together in practice and friendship. The evening usually consists of mediation, a talk and ends with a short ritual Puja.
Each week members bring something different to the evening and the content is added to this page and a weekly mail out. If you would like to be added to the mailing list and kept up to date with events happening at the Centre we would be pleased to receive your request (see our home page) or email@example.com
Sangha evenings are suitable for those who have completed an introduction to Buddhism course or/and are familiar with the Triratna meditations. We look forward to meeting you.
