Sangha evenings are an opportunity to come along and share the evening with other Buddhist in practice, meditation and discussion.
Each week we usually have a short talk and mediation and perhaps a puja (Buddhist ritual, making offerings to the shrine) where members can join in, with the opportunity to learn and discuss different teachings from the Buddhist texts.
The evening is suitable to those who have completed an Introduction to Buddhism course and or are familiar with the Triratna practices of meditation.
We look forward to seeing you.
Before the evening commences we have Tattie Tues as below, which your very welcome to come to!
6:00 Tatties Tuesdays (come for a shared meal)
