Sangha Night: Led by Atapini
Tues May 26th 7.15 – 9.00 pm
`The courage to love:` Finding our feet in tempestuous times.`
When times are challenging, its not always easy to stay connected to heart and ground. An evening drawing on the wisdom that cannot fail, from the Buddha of unswerving courage.
We look forward to seeing you!
Tuesdays Sangha evenings will always have the same code as below!
Finishing at 9:00
Because screen time can get a bit much, we’ve decided that we will be stopping at 9:00. We’ll also have a break in the middle and most weeks we hope too include some movement. The rough running order is:
7:15: Start, announcements and chatting informally
7:30 Meditation & Movement
8:15 Short talk
8:30 Short break; discussion in small groups, followed by plenary and closing ritual
Sangha Night is a chance to connect with others, practice together, share experiences and share the inspiration of the Dharma.
There’s no charge for the class, but the Centre relies on the generosity of the people who use it. Please Give a donation or make out a Standing Order to the Centre (in which case we can boost your donation by reclaiming the tax you’ve paid as Gift Aid). You can also pay on the evening.
