Sangha Night: Mindfulness of Thoughts

Mindfulness of Thoughts – Vishvapani

7:15 Tuesday 19th June

Mindfulness of thoughts (citta-satipatthana) is the practice of standing back from our thoughts and gaining insight into his they affect us. It’s a very important part of understanding ourselves and how our minds work.

This evening will be an experiential workshop, including meditation, discussion, enquiry and a short talk. It’s part of our exploration of the dimensions of mindfulness over the next few weeks, all led by Vishvapani. These sessions on mindfulness have been going very well, and we’d live to see you there.

As well as leading Sangha Night, Vishvapani is a leading figure in the UK secular mindfulness world.
