A six week course on the Metta Bhavana (development of friendliness)
Wednesdays: 7/11/2018 to 12/12/2018 – 7.15pm – 9.15pm
If you are keen to develop more emotional positivity, this is the course for you! The Buddha taught that the quality of friendliness is as important for our development as concentration. (Kamalashila).
We are all capable of being friendly, but so often our minds can be disgruntled and irritated. By meditating on friendliness, we can develop our capacity for more positive regard for ourselves, our friends and others, and even people we find difficult!
Doors open at 6.45 pm..
Cost: £90/£70/£50 depending upon circumstances.
