SUMMARY:Free Meditation and Mitra Ceremonies
DESCRIPTION:All welcome for our regular Sunday meditation from 10am-11am\, and are encouraged to stay for the joy of celebrating Aimee\, Christian\, Sophie\, Kate and Mandy as they make their commitment to the Buddhist path and become Mitras within the Triratna Buddhist Community. \n\n\n\nThe meditation is suitable for all levels of experience\, and then the ceremonies will be in the context of a traditional Buddhist ritual\, followed by a shared vegan lunch. \n\n\n\nFree entry\, no need to book. Please bring something to share if you are staying for the shared vegan lunch.
