DESCRIPTION:Step out of busyness for an hour and join us for a session of guided meditation. Free to attend and no need to book. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. \n\n\n\nYou don’t have to be a Buddhist to explore the benefits of meditating together in a friendly and relaxed environment. \n\n\n\nWhen and Where? \n\n\n\nEvery Friday from 12.30 pm – 1.30 pm (doors open at 12.15 pm)\, in person at the Cardiff Buddhist Centre. \n\n\n\nNo need to book a place\, simply drop-in. \n\n\n\nHow much? \n\n\n\nWe offer access to all freely\, please donate whatever you can to help us continue to offer this service to everyone. \n\n\n\nIdeal for: everyone is welcome\, no previous experience necessary

SUMMARY:Embracing Change - Cardiff Sangha Retreat for Women+
DESCRIPTION:Change is the only constant in life. By accepting that all things are constantly shifting we can move from fear to peace\, letting go of the need for control and finding freedom. \n\n\n\nThis weekend retreat\, taking place at Adhisthana from Friday 26th June to Sunday 28th\, will explore that theme. It’s also the perfect opportunity to relax\, meditate and make connections with other members of the Cardiff Sangha. \n\n\n\nThis retreat is for all women and non-binary members of the Sangha. \n\n\n\nYou can arrive on the Friday from 4pm\, with dinner on the first evening at 6pm. We’ll be finished by 3pm on Sunday. Lifts are normally available if you need one\, this can be requested on the booking form. \n\n\n\nIf you wish to attend but are unable to afford to\, we offer a bursary scheme to fund places on our retreats\, no questions asked. If you are interested\, email connect@cardiffbuddhistcentre.com  \n\n\n\nPlease note the shrine room and meeting room we will be using is on the first floor\, so anyone attending the retreat would need to be able to walk up one flight of stairs.
