SUMMARY:Confession Practice Day
DESCRIPTION:All women GFR Mitras and non-binary GFR Mitras are warmly invited to an exploration of Confession Practice. \n\n\n\nKalyani and Satyasara will lead an enquiry into the nature\, purpose\, benefit and delight of this spiritual practice. The aim of the day is to discover the personal message of confession for each of us\, gain clarity on its relevance and think about practising it in the Triratna context. \n\n\n\nIn the company of good friends and holding ourselves in metta we can discover our own response to this sangha strengthening activity that could become a cornerstone of our practice. \n\n\n\nWe will gather at 9.30am ready for a 10am start. The event will finish around 2.30pm. There will be a short lunch break so please bring your own sandwich. \n\n\n\nThere is no charge for this session but donations to cover costs would be welcomed. Please book by Sunday 18th January.
