DESCRIPTION:We welcome you to our meditation session on Sunday mornings. These consist of a meditation from 10:00-11:00\, then a tea break. There is then an optional Buddhist ritual (puja) from 11:30 to 12:00. \n\n\n\nTo support people with different levels of practice with meditation\, we offer both a beginners’ meditation with more guidance\, or a less guided session for those more comfortable with meditation. \n\n\n\nWe look forward to you joining us! \n\n\n\nWe offer access to all freely\, please Donate whatever you can to help us continue to offer this service to everyone.
